3. Premium Composition and Materials

Each unit is designed with two main components: the outer cover and the filling. The waterproof Olefin cover is enhanced with cushioning material for a soft, comfortable feel, while the underside is made from durable premium fabric. The interwoven synthetic fibers of the cover offer water-repellent and quick-drying properties, safeguarding the inner fabric layers.

Additionally, an underside pouch allows for the integration of bottom plates with case legs. The compartments are filled with high-quality foam, ensuring exceptional comfort whether sitting or lying down.

1. High-Quality and Long-lasting Performance

The STAY Outdoor furniture features a robust 2-layer premium bottom as a standard. The water-repellent and fast-drying covering protects the inner waterproof liner. The special material properties protect the bottom against mold spots.

2. Commercial Grade Filling

STAY seats and beds are filled with EPS beans made 100% from polystyrol. The beans are being manufactured on the same day they are filled into the fabric. To achieve the highest quality of polyester our EPS beans are manufactured in two foaming processes, with a longer rest interval between the two processes.

3. Premium-Quality and Durable Materials

Their outdoor fabrics are crafted from high-quality, weather-resistant polyester yarn, making them perfect for outdoor use. The exterior is treated to be water-repellent, while the interior is lined with a flexible, watertight TPU foil. 

Additionally, a polyacrylate coating enhances the fabric's durability and UV resistance. With a lightfastness rating of 6 out of 8 according to ISO 105B02 and Martindale abrasion resistance of 30,000, these fabrics are built to last.

4. Special Edition-Reah Boucle

The Stay Special Edition-Reah Boucle features a boucle fabric woven with multicolored yarns that enhance the texture and depth of the material. Crafted from recycled polyester, this fabric is distinguished by its high light resistance and is also OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring it meets stringent environmental and safety standards.

5. Robust Two-Layer Premium Bottom

The second-generation STAY Outdoor furniture comes standard with a durable two-layer premium bottom. This design features a water-repellent, fast-drying interwoven synthetic fibers that safeguard the inner waterproof liner. The flexible, tear-resistant material is highly durable, protecting against mold spots and ensuring the bottom cover remains easy to clean.
