As these metals are exposed to the elements, they naturally undergo patination—a process where a thin oxide layer forms, slowing further corrosion. This patina, seen as a rust-like color, appears on Fire Pit Art® fire pits before they’re first used.

Each Fire Pit Art® fire pit is meticulously crafted by hand from durable quarter-inch mild carbon steel. The steel is sandblasted before applying a special formula that ensures an even patina development. When you receive your fire pit, it will have a dusty rust appearance, but after the first fire, the patina will deepen to a rich mahogany hue.

Fire Pit Art® offers propane and natural gas variants featuring a Penta 24" 200K BTU burner, ideal for small to medium-sized gatherings. The package includes a whistle-free flex line, Dante valve, burner plate, and lava rock.

3. Match Lit System

Fire Pit Art® uses high-quality components for gas conversions, including the patented Stainless Steel Penta burner by HPC, which creates a full campfire effect. This system also includes a lifetime warranty for added peace of mind.

4. AWEIS System

The All-Weather Electronic Ignition System (AWEIS) offers sophisticated and safe electronic ignition. Manufactured by Fire by Design®, this system is windproof and compatible with any natural gas or propane fire pit. With a maximum output of 125,000 BTU per hour, it ensures robust performance in all weather conditions.
