Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unassembled
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For large or freight-delivered items, return shipping and handling costs can be significant. We’re always happy to provide guidance before a return is arranged.

Return Handling & Restocking Costs

For certain large or freight items, returns may incur return handling and restocking costs.

These reflect actual costs associated with return freight, inspection, and reprocessing.

Typical ranges for these costs are between 10% and 25% of the purchase price, depending on the product.

Any applicable costs will always be confirmed before a return is approved, and we will work to keep these as low as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Made-to-order or custom products
  • Select large furniture items are not eligible for return once shipped
  • Umbrellas, parasols, bases, and mounting accessories
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Trade or commercial orders

For these items, returns are only accepted in the case of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return (where eligible).
