Inside Delivery & Assembly Services

At Patio Pelican, we offer a range of premium delivery services designed to make receiving large and heavy items as easy as possible.

Available services vary by product and location and will be shown on the product page and at checkout where available.

How Inside Delivery Works

Many large furniture and freight shipments are delivered in multiple stages.

Typically, your order will travel the long-distance portion of its journey via a freight carrier. Once it reaches a local delivery depot, it is transferred to a specialist delivery team who completes the final mile and, where selected, provides Inside Delivery, Package Removal, and/or Assembly services.

For this reason, tracking may sometimes show your order as having arrived at a local depot before final delivery takes place. This is completely normal and does not mean your order has been delivered to your home.

Once your order reaches the local depot, the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.

Please note that delivery arrangements vary by product, supplier, and location. In some cases, the freight carrier may also perform the Inside Delivery service. In other cases, Assembly may be completed by the delivery team or by a separate specialist installer.

Inside Delivery

Your order is delivered beyond the curb and placed in a location of your choice, such as a garage, patio, room, or other accessible area within your property.

Package Removal

The delivery team will remove and dispose of packaging materials, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.

Assembly

For selected products, professional assembly services may be available. Availability varies by product and location.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timing is shown on each product page.

Processing typically takes up to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on product availability, location, and the delivery services selected.
