Fire Pit Art Scallop/Tidal is constructed from heavy-duty 1/4"-thick mild carbon steelso that you can enjoy a long-lasting and durable fire pit for years to come. The inner bowl is coated with a high-temperature resistant coating and includes a 1 ½" diameter rain drain. The outer iron oxide patina is maintenance-free, and the fire pit can be left outside in all weather conditions.Over time, the patina will mature and darken a few shades, then remain permanent forever. Each unique fire pit is individually numbered by the artist on an attached brass plaque.

- The Liquid Propane and Natural Gas burning variants of the Fire Pit include a Penta 24" 200K BTU burner. This burner provides a flame that is great for small to medium-sized gatherings. Gentle Reminder
Do not tarp your fire pit, the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases, the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. During the maturing process keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures. Allow the piece to mature with each fire.
